Who holds the notes you send.
This notice explains how Logic Harvest Financial Planning handles personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562. It was last revised on 20 September 2026.
Data controller
The controller is Logic Harvest Financial Planning, Tambon Kaluwo Nuea, Amphoe Mueang Narathiwat, Narathiwat 96000. Email info@logicharvest.click. Phone 073541093. Siriwan Phakdee is the person responsible for planning files. Niran Boonma handles the appointment book and sees contact details only as far as scheduling requires.
What we collect
From the contact form: your name, email address, chosen engagement, preferred meeting place, preferred date, and the message you write. If you later book, the planning file may include statements, hire-purchase schedules, spending notes, family-loan descriptions you choose to give, and correspondence about fees.
We also store a consent record in your browser if you use the cookie bar, as described in the cookie notice. Server logs of the company that hosts the site may record an IP address and the page requested, for security of the host. We do not run a separate analytics company from those logs.
Why we use it
Enquiry details are used to answer you and to quote a fee. Planning papers are used to prepare the engagement you booked. The legal bases are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping an orderly appointment book. Where a family-loan note is sensitive in your own household, we rely on your choice to include it. You can leave it out.
We do not sell personal data. We do not send your statements to a lender. We do not use them to advertise other people’s products.
Retention
Enquiry messages that do not become a booking are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted, so we can find a half-finished conversation if you write again. A planning file is kept for five years after the last meeting, then destroyed, unless Thai law requires a longer hold for a fee dispute. Cookie consent is kept in your browser for up to one hundred eighty days, or until you clear it.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its use, to object to a use based on legitimate interest, and to receive a copy in a portable form where the Act gives you that right. You may withdraw consent where consent was the basis, without affecting processing that already happened. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
Send requests to info@logicharvest.click. We may need to confirm you are the person the file is about before we release it. We answer within thirty days, or tell you if the Act allows a longer period.
International transfers
Planning files stay in the office in Narathiwat and in the email account used by the practice. They are not placed on a foreign planning system. When your browser loads the typefaces for this site, it contacts Google (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). That request reveals your IP address to Google as part of fetching the font files. The practice does not send your name, your debts, or your message to Google. If you block those requests, the pages remain readable in your browser’s own serif and sans-serif faces.
