Terms that cover the site and the engagements.

Acceptance

Reading the site is open to anyone. Booking a meeting, paying a deposit, or sending the contact form means you accept these terms and the refund terms. If you write on behalf of a household, you confirm that the adults who will attend know a fee will be quoted before the first meeting.

The planning work

The practice prepares debt-repayment plans, household spending reviews, and plan check visits. You receive a written page based on the documents and figures you provide. You remain the person who pays lenders, signs contracts, and speaks to banks, cooperatives, card issuers, and relatives. The office does not operate a lending desk, and it does not file papers in court.

Figures in a plan are only as current as the statements in the folder. If a balance moves after the second meeting, the page stays as written until you book a plan check or a new engagement. Advice in the meeting is for that household’s own debts and spending. It is not a standing instruction for a neighbour with a similar pickup.

Appointments and your part

Meetings run by appointment on Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00–16:00, except Thai public holidays. Arrive with the papers named in your checklist. If a required page is missing, the written order waits. You may meet in Thai or English. The written plan is in English unless a Thai copy has been quoted and paid for.

Keep your account numbers, PINs, and passwords off the contact form and out of email. Bring paper to the room. You are responsible for the truth of what you state about a family loan.

Fees

Fees are described on the fees page and confirmed in a message from the office before a deposit is taken. Half the quoted fee holds the first meeting. The rest is due when the written page is handed over. This website does not take payment.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and photographs on this site belong to Logic Harvest Financial Planning unless a credit says otherwise. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy the site into another commercial page or present the table-order wording as your own advisory product. The written plan prepared for your household is yours to keep, show to a spouse, or take to a lender if you wish. You may not publish another household’s plan.

Liability

Planning depends on papers you supply and on choices you make in the second meeting. The practice is not liable for a lender’s refusal, a change in a hire-purchase rule, a missed payment you choose to skip, or a family disagreement about a transfer the plan only recorded. Where the office makes an arithmetic error in a plan and you tell us within thirty days, we will correct the page without a further fee.

To the extent Thai law allows, liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fee you paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law refuses to limit, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Site use

The pages are published for information about the practice. A fee shown here is a starting point until the office confirms it for your stack of debts. You will not attempt to break the site, scrape it for a mailing list, or send a form full of someone else’s personal data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from an engagement, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under Thai law.
