Refunds

When a deposit comes back, and when the work already done is kept.

These rules cover debt-repayment planning, household spending reviews, and plan check visits booked with Logic Harvest Financial Planning. They were last revised on 20 September 2026. They sit alongside the terms.

What you pay, and when

The office confirms the fee in writing. Half of that fee is a booking deposit and holds the first meeting. The remainder is due when the written page is handed over. A plan check that finishes in the same visit is settled at the end of that visit. Payment is by bank transfer to the practice, arranged after the quote, not through this website.

Full refund of the deposit

You receive the deposit back in full if you cancel three or more working days before the first meeting, or if the planner cancels and you would rather have the money than a new date. Working days are Tuesday to Saturday, leaving out Thai public holidays. Ask by email to info@logicharvest.click or by phone on 073541093.

Partial refund after work has started

If the first meeting has happened, or a draft order has been written, and you then stop the engagement, the deposit is kept as payment for the work already done. If the draft is substantially complete, the office may charge up to seventy percent of the quoted fee. Any amount you have already paid above that charge is refunded. The remainder of the original quote is not billed.

If the only thing left at cancellation is a second meeting you no longer want, and the draft has not been started, tell the office. The deposit covers the first meeting in that case, and money paid beyond the deposit is returned.

What is not refunded

A deposit is not returned when you cancel inside three working days of the first meeting, or when you do not attend and do not send word. Fees you paid yourself to a bank or a cooperative for a statement copy are between you and that institution. A Thai translation that has already been written and delivered is settled work. A plan check that has been held is settled work, because the revised page is produced in that visit.

Rescheduling

You may move a meeting once, without a fee, if you give three working days’ notice. A second move, or a move inside three working days, is treated as a cancellation of that slot. The planner will offer another date if the diary allows, and may ask you to hold it with a fresh deposit if the first deposit was kept under the late-cancellation rule. If the office must move you, you may take the new date or a refund of money paid for the meeting that did not happen.

No-shows

If you do not arrive and do not call, the deposit for that meeting is kept. A later booking needs a new deposit. If you are delayed, call 073541093. The office will hold the room for twenty minutes and then may release it.

How a refund is made

Write to info@logicharvest.click with the name on the booking, the meeting date, and the account that sent the transfer. Refunds go back by bank transfer to that same account. The office confirms eligible refunds within five working days of a clear request, and the transfer is sent within fourteen working days of that confirmation. Bank charges levied by your own bank on the incoming transfer are outside the practice’s refund.

Exceptions

If the office made an error that makes the written page unusable, and you say so within thirty days of receiving it, the page is corrected without a new fee. If you would rather stop than take the correction, the fee for that engagement is refunded in full. Illness that stops you attending, told to the office before the meeting, is treated as a reschedule rather than a no-show.
